New Year, new update for Grand Lake

We were all ecstatic to see Grand Fare Market open last fall, only to be disappointed with a very sudden “closed until further notice.” Sure, not everyone wants to chow down on a small $13 salad, but this place held hope and great potential for one of Oakland’s most vibrant neighborhoods. As for new businesses coming, we will see a new boutique pet supply store called “Grand Lake, All About Pets.”  It’s essentially an expansion of the Grand Lake veterinary hospital next door.

For the those of you looking to get a shoe fix, come and support a new store on Grand Avenue (formerly CitiBank), Sole Space features men’s, women’s and children’s shoes.
